How did you find Brisca F1 Stock Cars?
My dad Terry Cooper raced F1 stock cars in the 80's and I started mini stox in 1986 when I was 11 years old. I then went from mini stox and raced Hot Stox for 6 months and then I made the move to F1's.
What gave you the incentive to race
Having raced mini stox I always had the passion to move to F1.
First Car - Built, Bought or Borrowed
First car borrowed was Bill Bullock (15), first car builtought was a Clive Lintern car
Memory of your first race.
My first race was at Hednesford when I was 16 years old, went from white to red in my first grading.
Best Racing Memory
Grand National race at Birmingham Wheels in 2000, involving Lund and Wainman and the World Masters Race at Northampton which I won.
Worst Racing Memory
Hednesford in November 1992, broke all my metatarsals in my left foot.
Reason for Retiring
Retired due to lack of time due to work commitments.
After Retiring - What Then?
Started new business, still enjoy watching racing, my 6 year old enjoys the sport. My 6 year old has also just started in Bambino Karting.
