MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
My car had an unusual engine, it was a 1964 Pontiac GTO engine with the original triple carbs, rated (as standard) at around 450bhp as manufactured. Unfortunately it was in very poor condition and I never had the funds or resources to sort it out properly at the time. It was kept in a barn in the garden centre on Shipley Glen, 100 yards from where I lived with my parents. I was 21 at the time and I worked as a lorry driver for a roofing company, so money was in short supply.
