Several meetings took place in 1955, but know idea why it ended there.
1987 saw a one off meeting ran by Warren Taylor and Vince Moody. 1988 was Moody and Keith Barber.
Trackstar took up the running in 1992, until the receivers were in control in 1997.
Trackstar regained control in 1999 and after much upgrading of the stadium it was deemed worthy of hosting the 2007 & 2009 World Finals.
