How did you find Brisca F1 Stock Cars?
My parents lived quite close to Coventry stadium and in 1971 the RAC put signs up on the lampposts for the for coming World Final as 12 year old I was intrigued to know how it was going to be a WORLD final so persuaded my big brother to take me up and the rest is history as they say
What gave you the incentive to race
Well from that day I always want to race and the incentive came when a car became available through the Meffen brothers 142 and 150
First Car - Built, Bought or Borrowed
That first car was at first borrowed from Richard and Gary Meffen they had both tried it and decided it was not for them I had been there mechanic so as they wasnt going to use it any more they offered me a drive which I jumped at I later bought the car and eventually sold it on to Garry Lenton
Memory of your first race.
I think it was Crewe and I some how qualified for the final must have been an all in deal but I do remember starting the final at the back behind Nigel Whorton and actually stayed with him for the 1st lap I really thought Id arrived he the must have found top gear and he was gone
Best Racing Memory
Has to be 4th in the consolation November 6th at Coventry this year. First time I've ever lead a race for 11 laps.

Rolling over the temperary track marker one the first lap at Cov last year 2009
