How did you find Brisca F1 Stock Cars?
Mum and Dad took me to Belle Vue (Hyde Rd) in 1965.
What gave you the incentive to race
After watching all my chidhood I thought " I can do that" it looks easy!!!
First Car - Built, Bought or Borrowed
The only way I was going to race was to hire a car (still living with Mum and Dad and no where to keep one) so Dad approached Frankie senior, and hired one (I was the first to hire and think it give FW an Idea!! (He could make money out of this idea) hired the car for three meetings, then went to work for FW and part of the T and C's was I get to race a car when no one else was hiring.
Memory of your first race.
Aycliffe June 1979, started at the back got spun out by #240 Geoff Marsden and finished last. Consolation.finised 10th, GN = DNF (Tried to keep up with WH #2 and spun out !!

Reason for Retiring
Had to wait till I got a place of my own, then with a mortgage and bills to pay F1 to expensive, so went into hot stox (V8's) in 1988 with a good career and success.
After Retiring - What Then?
After retiring from V8's in 1996, took up Drag racing in 2004, varied success retired in 2008, but plan to make a come back to some sort of racing in 2012?????? but what I dont know yet!!!!
